Family is at the heart of everything Chad does. He prioritizes time with his boys, Dane and Brock, and carries those same family values into the workplace, creating an environment where people enjoy what they do. Outside of work, Chad loves all things water-related—jet skiing, boating, and swimming.

Amber oversees the company’s high-level financial strategy and marketing efforts. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, she brings both sharp business insight and a genuine passion for the work.

Her favorite part of the job is seeing the before-and-after transformations and watching customers’ visions come to life. Outside of work, Amber enjoys staying active through running and spending quality time with her kids. She is committed to delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships grounded in quality and genuine care.

Houston is an experienced finish carpenter with more than 27 years in the trade. He handles every aspect of finish carpentry with skill and care.

What he enjoys most is the satisfaction of completing every job on time and to a professional standard.

When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him on the golf course.

Joe handles residential and commercial plumbing service calls along with the installation of water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment systems. After more than three decades in the trade, his favorite part of the job is still the moment he turns the water back on and finds no leaks—followed closely by lunch.

Off the clock, Joe enjoys shooting pool and making people laugh.

Ina brings more than two decades of sales and service experience—and over five years dedicated to customer service—to her role as Office Manager. She expertly manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and day-to-day operations while ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

What she enjoys most is working directly with customers and helping them find the solutions they need. Outside of work, Ina loves spending her free time fishing.
